- Members must be 21+ and comply with venue entry requirements, including presenting valid government-issued ID.
- Memberships are non-transferable. Attempts to share access may result in suspension or cancellation.

These terms explain how the membership works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using SolStrings, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Billing and cancellations
- Membership fees renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Benefits remain active until the end of the paid term.
3. Venue conduct
- Respect venue staff and fellow guests. Venues reserve the right to deny entry or remove members for violating their house policies.
- Report any issues within 24 hours so our team can investigate and make things right.
4. Program updates
- SolStrings may update the venue roster, benefits, or pricing. We will provide 14 days notice before material changes go live.
- Continuing to use your membership after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
